2012-03-19: my hand injuries

I got in to see Dr Crouch this afternoon. I have a fracture in a bone on top of my hand. I don't need surgery. I'm wearing a temporary cast until the swelling goes down. I go back next week for a new fitting. It will take about 6 weeks to heal.

My left hand is only bruised. I've got bruises up & down both arms.

The crash was so bad that I'm amazed I'm still alive.

I am staying home from work all week to recuperate.
